Exchange and return of goods
Exchanges and returns of both quality and defective goods are possible within the first 14 days after purchase.
The terms, conditions and procedure (process) for returning goods of both proper and inadequate quality are the same.
Return or delivery for exchange of goods to the seller's warehouse is carried out in the same way as the goods were delivered to the buyer, or in any other way convenient to the buyer, at his expense. Refunds for goods can be made to a bank card, account, cash in our office or at the client’s home/office.
Possible reasons for returning or exchanging goods purchased in our online store
- the size, color, dimensions, shape and other reasons why the product cannot be used for its intended purpose are not suitable.
- The product is defective, defective and cannot be used for its intended purpose.
In accordance with Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to exchange or return goods purchased from us within 14 days after purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Only new products that have not been used and have no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, or other damage are subject to exchange or return.
- The product has not been assembled or installed, and its presentation has been preserved.
- The product packaging and all its components are preserved intact.
- The product contents, labels, instructions and factory markings have been preserved.
- A sales receipt or invoice confirming the fact of purchasing the goods in our store is presented.
- To receive a refund, the consumer must have a passport with him. Refunds are possible on the day the goods are returned or, if there is no money in the cash register, within a maximum of 7 days. The cost of transport services for returning goods is equal to the cost of delivery and is paid by the buyer.
Upon receipt of goods (furniture), the customer is obliged/has the right:
- Be present when receiving the goods in person or transfer such right to your representative.
- Inspect the appearance to see if everything is satisfactory.
- Inspect all glass elements (including mirrors) for integrity (chips, cracks, scratches, etc.).
- Inspect all facades for various defects (scratches, chips, etc.).
- Require product packaging, color, content, quantity, etc. according to the order form. Replacement of order parts after acceptance of the goods (furniture) occurs at the expense of the customer.
The following items cannot be returned/exchanged
- Discounted goods.
- Items collected or damaged after purchase.
- Mattresses (without packaging/with damaged packaging or used).
- Goods that were made or delivered to individual order.
Attention! If the order for furniture is individual, made to the sizes and / or fabrics specified by the buyer (customer), then this product belongs to the list of goods in Appendix No. 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 (List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange ( return)).
Payments to the buyer are made based on the cost at the time of purchase. The money paid for the goods is returned in full, subject to delivery of the goods to the seller’s warehouse and verification of the integrity of the returned goods. If it is impossible to return the money on the day the goods are returned, the money will be returned by agreement of the parties, but no later than 7 (seven) days.
These conditions do not infringe on the consumer’s legal rights granted to him by the current legislation of Ukraine. The company operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” as amended on December 15, 1993 No. 3682-XII with subsequent amendments and additions and the Rules for the sale of goods to order and at customers’ homes ( Approved by order of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Ukraine dated March 29, 1999 No. 199).
